Welcome to Poshie & Snitch. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products

We do our best to ensure our product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. Please be aware that colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Where an item is pre-owned or has imperfections, we will do our best to show and describe these in the product listing. Please review the description and photographs carefully before purchasing.

Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Poshie & Snitch is not GST registered, so GST is not added to our prices.

Payment must be completed when placing your order. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if an item is unavailable, there has been an error in the product information or pricing, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a refund.

Pick-up

All purchases are pick-up only from Auckland, New Zealand. We do not currently offer shipping or delivery.

Once your order has been placed, we will email you with the exact pick-up location and available collection times.

Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing your order so we can arrange collection with you.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, copy or reproduce our content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may update product information, pricing, availability or other website content where necessary, including to correct errors or inaccuracies.

Shopify

Poshie & Snitch is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Poshie & Snitch. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Poshie & Snitch, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Poshie & Snitch.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information is also processed by Shopify in order to provide its services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
