Are your products authentic vintage or vintage-inspired?
We stock a range of both authentic vintage pieces, and second hand / thrift pieces. These are separated into different collections so you are easily able to distinguish between each. We also have a collection of brand new goods for sale.
What condition are your items in? / Are your products cleaned or refurbished before sale?
We have taken time to clean and mend all thrift and vintage products before putting them online for sale, so you can expect top quality second hand products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order? What is your return policy?
We are happy to process a return/exchange within 10 days after the original purchase, please contact us at monniebrunel@gmail.com to start the process. You can not exchange beauty and personal care products, earrings, sale items, or items not in original condition or packaging. If your item is damaged on arrival then please contact us ASAP. Once we have assessed the situation we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please do not return an item to us unless you have discussed with us first by either email or phone. If you have had a change of mind we will offer you a Gift Card to the amount of the purchase. However you must return the item purchased back to us at your cost in its original packaging with labels still on and no damage. Read more here.
What are your shipping costs and times? Can I pick up?
You can find out about our shipping details here. We offer pick up from our studio in Auckland, once the order is placed we will send through pick up details (times and exact location). If you are wanting to pick up your order, please select "pick up" when choosing your shipping method at checkout.
