  • Here at Poshie and Snitch we take great pride in the items we stock and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do. 

    1. If the item you have received is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. You will need to return the item to us for inspection. Once we have assessed the situation we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.  All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

    2. If you have had a change of mind we will offer you a Gift Card to the amount of the purchase. However you must return the item purchased back to us at your cost in its original packaging with labels still on and no damage.

    3. We urge all customers to choose their purchases carefully. 

    4. You will need to provide proof of purchase and cover return costs. Once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel it.

  • At this current time, Poshie and Snitch is only online, but we have an “outlet” store located in Saint Johns, Auckland 

    Trade Hours Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 2.00pm Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm 

  • Poshie & Snitch love to reward our loyal customers and we have set up a loyalty programme.

    For every $1 (NZD) spent equals 1 point, once you have reached 100 points you will receive a $10 gift voucher to spend online. This voucher will be emailed to you.

    The loyalty reward programme is non-transferrable and can only be used on full-priced goods.  Poshie & Snitch reserve the right to change any loyalty terms and conditions as it sees fit.
